止血操作的注意事项：

①首先要准确判断出血部位及出血量，决定采取哪种止血方法；

②大血管损伤时常需几种方法联合使用。颈动脉和股动脉损伤出血凶险，首先要采用指压止血法，并及时拨打急救电话。转运时间长时可采用加压包扎法止血。
