Precautions for hemostasis operation:
① First of all, it is necessary to accurately determine the bleeding site and amount, and decide which hemostasis method should be adopted;
② The combined use of several methods is often needed for large vessel injury. The bleeding of carotid artery and femoral artery injury is dangerous. First of all, finger pressure hemostasis should be used, and emergency call should be made in time. Pressure bandaging can be used to stop bleeding when the transport time is long.
③ No matter what kind of tourniquet is used, the time should be recorded. Attention should be paid to the relaxation of tourniquet regularly. The tourniquet should be relaxed slowly to prevent blood pressure fluctuation or rebleeding;
④ Because the cloth tourniquet is inelastic, special attention should be paid to moderate pressure to prevent limb injury.
